Flex-Ability
We all hold tension in our bodies whether it be from stress or from repetitive movements, like weight training or sitting at a desk for hours at a time without stretching afterward. In Flex-Ability, we will focus on one part of the body each class and work towards wider range of motion safely. This doesn’t happen overnight, in fact, it may happen a millimetre at a time but with consistency, focus and a #patientpractice, we can open up those places of intensity together. All levels welcome.
