Key segments include, “Conscious Living” where topics are shared to help you make conscious decisions on things like, sober parties or natural beauty products. “Strike a Pose” offers a short yoga sequence with modifications so you can explore your practice safely. “Yoga Bites” features your favourite health and fitness professionals and their favourite go to recipes.
In Season Four, we have added two new segments: “Live Breathe Dance” shares mobility and stretching tips for dancers by Dr. Blessyl Buan, the Dance Doctor. “Live Breathe Mindfulness” is an offering of mindfulness techniques featuring Jaisa Sulit, Mindfulness Coach and Author of “Purpose in Paralysis“.
