The Take Care Project

It’s easy to get caught up with our routines and responsibilities. When we TAKE CARE of ourselves, we have the strength and compassion to take care of others.

We are so fortunate to live in the most culturally diverse city in the world, but do our communities have access to role models for guidance with our self care practices?

The “Take Care Project” is making self-care a priority in your community by making health & wellness accessible through relatable leaders.

By May 2019, five month-long Social Media challenges will be introduced within various communities to encourage practices of Self Care. Participants will be introduced to such practices stress reduction through yoga and mindfulness, public speaking tips, tension release through self massage, and more.
